This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of this mobile Application ("App") and website.
The App and Website are owned by Mechatron TechGear Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 with its registered office at Pipare Niwas, Ravindra Vidyalaya Galli, Near Police Chowki, Bengali Camp, Bypass Road, Chandrapur (M.S), India.
By merely using the app or website, you shall be deemed to have contracted with Mechatron TechGear Pvt Ltd and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein, including various policies incorporated by reference in this Agreement. Accessing, browsing, or using the app indicates your agreement to all terms and conditions under these Terms of Use.
Your Account and Registration Obligation
If you know or suspect that someone unauthorized knows your password or any other security breach, you should notify us immediately and in no event later than 24 hours through our contact details.
If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the App, we may require you to change your password or suspend your account without prior notice or liability. Mechatron TechGear reserves the right to recover damages, losses, or costs suffered due to misuse of your account.
It is important that you log out when finished using the App, especially when leaving your device unattended. By using our App or sending emails/data, you agree to receive communications electronically or otherwise as required.
User Responsibility & Authorization
You must be the beneficial owner of the Account and conduct business only by yourself:
Single Credential Use
A set of mobile number and password is unique to your service. You shall not share, assign, or permit the use of your credentials to any other person. You undertake to notify Cops Mart / ShopsInCity immediately of any unauthorized access.
Business Entities
If registered as a business entity, you agree that all officers, employees, agents, and representatives accessing the credentials have been duly authorized to use the service on your behalf. You shall be responsible for all actions taken under your business account credentials.
